We respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of your Klevo account and any data associated with it.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, company, role, password hash).
- Contacts, leads, and customer records you imported into your workspace.
- WhatsApp conversation history, broadcasts, and automation logs.
- Usage analytics and product event data tied to your account.
Some records may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period, or where required by law (for example, billing and tax records). These are purged on a rolling schedule.
How to request deletion
Send an email to contactus@klevoai.com from the email address associated with your Klevo account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your full name and registered email.
- Your workspace or company name (if applicable).
- Confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted.
Timeline
We verify and process deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed from our production systems. Residual data in encrypted backups is fully purged within 30 days.
