These Terms govern your access to and use of Klevo's website, products, and APIs (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services to send spam, scams, or content that violates applicable law.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Management API terms when sending messages or managing WhatsApp Business accounts.
- When connecting Google services or other third-party accounts, comply with their applicable terms of service and API policies.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring that everyone you invite agrees to these Terms.
Connected services
Klevo lets you connect third-party accounts such as Google Calendar to enable scheduling and appointment features. You choose when to connect these accounts and can disconnect them at any time from your workspace settings.
Data accessed through connected services is used only to provide the features you request. For example, Google Calendar data is used to display calendars, check availability, create events, and update or cancel bookings. We do not use data from connected services for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
You remain responsible for the accounts you connect and for any data you import into Klevo. We process that data on your behalf to operate and improve the Services for you.
WhatsApp Business services
Klevo integrates with WhatsApp Business Platform to enable messaging, chatbot automation, and business account management. By using these features, you authorize Klevo to access and manage WhatsApp Business information on your behalf through the permissions you grant.
WhatsApp Business messaging. Klevo uses the WhatsApp Business messaging permission to send and receive messages, deliver chatbot flows, and automate customer conversations through the WhatsApp channel. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from recipients and for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
WhatsApp Business management. Klevo uses the WhatsApp Business management permission to manage your WhatsApp Business account settings, phone numbers, message templates, and related configuration needed to operate the messaging services. You control which WhatsApp Business accounts you connect and can disconnect them at any time.
WhatsApp Business data is used only to provide the messaging, automation, and account management features you request. We do not use WhatsApp Business data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
AI features and third-party AI providers
Klevo uses OpenAI (standard API tier) as its sole third-party AI provider, to power AI features inside the WhatsApp channel — including AI agents, chatbot replies, and message drafting. Only the WhatsApp Business message content and configuration you supply are sent to OpenAI. Per OpenAI's API data policy, data submitted via the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI's models.
Google user data — Limited Use. Klevo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace user data (including Google Calendar data) is never transferred to OpenAI or any other third-party AI/ML service, and is never used to develop, improve, or train AI/ML models.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pass-through messaging fees from Meta are billed at cost.
Subscription terms
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
Intellectual property
Klevo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Services for you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klevo's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. Upon termination, we will delete or return your data per our retention policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in India.
